We are currently looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee multiple high-value projects in Mumbai. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and technical skills to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of architectural projects.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align goals and expectations.

• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issues.

• Use project management tools like Primavera or MS Project to track milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in architecture and project management.

• Proficiency in BIM software, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
